Online Personal Design Service

As we navigate the pandemic, there are a number of ways that we can still design and make that bespoke piece for your special occasion.

Step 1

Make an appointment to meet with our jeweller. When you make your appointment, our jeweller will send you a link to a Zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting will be an opportunity for you to share what you want, design principles, favourite materials (gold, gemstones), your budget, timelines, and any other relevant information.

Step 2

We will put together some concept drawings based on your initial consultation. If you're after a diamond or other gemstone, we will select options that are suitable to your taste, design and budget. We will communicate these concept drawings and stone options to you via email.

Step 3

Time for another Zoom meeting with our jeweller - where you'll provide feedback on the design and preferences in the stones and other materials. Our jeweller will answer your questions and provide you with all the detail that you need. 

Step 4

Your design will then be brought to life with care and precision. All our pieces are made in our Hawthorn workshop.

Step 5

Time for us to handover your piece. Depending on restrictions, we can either do this in person (click and collect rules can apply), or we can send to you via secure courier/post. With your piece, you'll receive an independent valuation certificate, and we can arrange for Q Report Jewellery Insurance.
